Every single element we make for our clients is designed from the ground up. While many of our models are similar, each build is made-to-order, insuring first-rate quality and performance every time.

Woven wire mesh designs of all types, sizes, and shapes are achievable, and a diverse range of materials, micron ratings and flow rates are available based on client spec. Because all of our filters are made-to-order, our engineers work closely with clients in order to achieve the desired result according to the end users need. As part of our quality control procedures, in-house Bubble Point Testing is conducted on every single element up to 70 Micron (NOM) 100 (ABS).

Like everything else, our housings are custom designed. Additionally, all of our housings are turned in-house, assuring precise adherence to our standards and design specs, and insuring the very best finished product for our clientele. Hydrostatic Testing is available according to customer requirements, and is conducted to a industry standard of 15 minutes minimum, or more if so required.
